We started out with creating a traditional brand identity by designing a logo, from which we could design a business card, an order form and a brochure. In the future, an e-commerce enabled web site will be added to sell their products online.
The design for CDL Candles stemmed from a very traditional and elegant look and feel. As their products are hand-crafted and of exceptional quality, this had to be conveyed through their marketing materials also, and their forms, logo, and literature could not look "home-made" also. The almost Victorian theme and simple elegance of a primarily black and white color scheme is remeniscent of the days in which old-fashioned craftsmanship were common, not a rarity.

The logo for TTL Images came about from a combination of the web site design and what it is that "TTL" stands for. John wanted the logo to represent a visual of the meaning behind TTL, "Through The Lens". By combining a digital image of the lens of his camera along with the butterfly from the web site and the colors, the logo visually represents the company well.
The actual logo for ASAP was already created, the owner only wanted a fresh look with updated colors and the web site address added in at the bottom.
We also provide static web pages for ASAP where email promotions can direct visitors to view current promotions online.

This is the web logo for Lemon Grass. It is a combination of their existing print logo and the floral element from the web site design. Combining the two, this logo is used on the web site, and also on the downloadable menu that is available from the web site. Because it is available from the site and is not used in their print collateral, going with a full color scheme was acceptable and added a great accent.
In addition to having the full menu available online, along with photos and descriptions of the dishes, we made an Acrobat PDF menu as a downloadable item for repeat customers to be able to print and save. We continue to provide hosting for Lemon Grass.

The logo for CourseAbility is for a Web 2.0 product created by WebVentive, LLC.
The product logos are meant to match with, and share certain elements of the main company logo, while also giving a feel for what the product does, and what it's target industry is.

The project for The Office Grapevine was a great experience, as this was a full identity branding package, including a logo, web site design and development, stationery
and forms design. I became very personally attached to this project, and was intimately tied to the design and its outcome. This one was definitely a labor of love, and we are very happy with the results.
The logo went through several iterations during the design process before it was narrowed down and solidified into the final selection, and that dictated and became the hub for the rest of the design. The web site fell into place around the logo theme and colors, and has a great sense of elegance and flair that is both creative and professional. When creating the stationery package, an additional logo for the web site address was created to place in the footer, as well as an image for the company's tagline.
We continue to provide web site maintenance services for The Office Grapevine.

Camp Run-A-Pup, a camp, home away from home for pets in Chicago, came to us for a logo and web site design package. When discussing the possibilities for the logo, it was decided that the owner's husband, who is an artist, would do a sketch to be used as the centerpiece for the logo design. Taking the sketch, which is the dogs on the picnic table, we scanned it to a digitized image into Illustrator, making it a vector illustration and smoothed it out. From there it was a matter of playing with color, shapes and fonts until we had a look that we liked.
The circular logo is reminiscent of a camp badge, going along with the "campy" feel of the business, and the log font is perfect to set this feeling off well.
